With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the strictest of W.H.O advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.

The well-being of our guests, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.

Currently some large public gatherings (over 250 people) are being banned in some countries. At the moment there is no mention of very small gatherings of up to 12 people.

We have updated our cleaning practices to ensure surfaces and controllers are cleaned between parties, anti-bacterial wipes will be used on the controllers. We also ask/encourage you the customer to ensure children wash their hands before entering the iBox.

There is also concern about cancellation, should the UK Government impose a ‘lockdown’ policy to stay at home and restrict movement for a period of time. The iBox’s terms and conditions already protect our customers should they be forced to cancel at short notice for example. In this situation the paid deposit can be deferred to a later date.

Additionally all of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our party vehicles.

Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days. This has been the case across the company for some weeks now.

It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers.

We will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny.
